Psychotherapy is recommended when you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement as well as when you seek therapy related to a personality disorder. Persons who seek a fuller life or to consider a situation in their life from the point of view of their faith and spirituality.
In therapy we work together to learn about you. Together, we identify the patterns in your life which might have been useful before, but are holding you down now. We seek for you to gain deep emotional insight into your life situations. With this insight, you are freed to make more authentic, free and deliberate choices in your life.
